Private Client - Grade II Extension

I am self-building an extension to my Grade 2 listed building in Hampshire, and required a number of gauged brick arches to meet the architects requirements. I contacted by e-mail the larger company recommended by the architect, but at the same time I web-searched and came across your company.
I sent you the same e-mail request, and was pleasantly astonished by the result I achieved. Not only did I get an almost instant response to my enquiry, but when following through with you by phone, I was led through the different options I could consider, with full details explaining the pros and cons of the different approaches. You even suggested a custom modification to the standard metal framework of the arch cradle to more easily suit my requirements due to the three-brick thick wall that I am using.
I had iterated through the design options, received a fully detailed quotation from you, and placed the order with you before I even received a response from the larger company. Their standard response did not match the quality of your quote, and their pricing guide was almost two times the price I had been offered by you.
Delivery of the arches to my site was achieved exactly as forecast, and I am delighted with the quality of the product.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending your company to anyone who is in the market for prefabricated brick arches. I will certainly be promoting your services to the Conservation department of my local Council, as they are always interested in identifying suppliers who can meet the necessary quality criteria for repairing and maintaining listed buildings.
