Machine profiling

In many cases brick specials are curved in shape. When hand cutting is not an option, curved shapes can be profiled using diamond cutters on high-speed spindle grinders. These shapes can be refaced as described elsewhere, or left smooth to weather and age naturally. All but the very hardest materials can be shaped in this way. Most shapes can be achieved using a combination of saw cuts and profile grinding techniques.
