Bonded bricks & angles

As the name implies, any brick shape fabricated from one or more bricks.
The British Standard list of special shapes & their specification is available to download at our web site or by post on request. Angles are bonded with a strong, industry-standard, two-part epoxy resin across a mitred cut. The joint is disguised using coloured resin, sands and brick dust.

Brick re-facing can be achieved using coloured expoxy adhesives and kiln-fired sands to match colour. This popular method produces very low-cost brick specials for simple plinth, canted, and profiled shapes.

Any size or shape of fabrication can be manufactured including copings, stop-ends and long bricks for corbelling. Stainless steel reinforcement is used where normal loads are exceeded. Simply specify or sketch your requirements and we will design a solution to suit your needs.

The full list of standard brick shapes is available on our website.
All metric brick angles can be bonded from standard facing bricks. The accuracy of the colour and finish depends largely upon the original colour and texture of the face brick.

Non-standard specials of any angle and shape can be quoted from your sketch or architect’s detail. You can specify your brickwork bond and we will calculate the most appropriate and economical lengths to suit your needs. We will not waste your material. All unused brick is returned to you.
